Forms

Let’s face it, an organization as large as the band requires a substantial  level of coordination and communication.  We’re gonna need to have some forms!

The forms are used to collect information, money and acquire permission from parents for travel, medical, and publication, etc.

Payments

Please make all checks (except Trip Payments) payable to  “AHSBBBC”

Trip payment checks should be made out to “Austin Activity Fund“.
