How to Log Into CHARMS — Parents


1. Go to www.charmsoffice.com

2. Locate the “LOGIN” button on the webpage and select “Parents/Students/Members”

3. Enter the school code: SFAustinHSBand (the code is not case-sensitive), then click on the button to open the main parent page. From the main parent page, you can look at the band’s public calendar, email the staff, or see handouts and other files.

4. When you enter your child’s Student ID Number, another more detailed screen appears with even more options to view your student’s information. Once you’ve entered your child’s Student ID for a password, you may create your own password by clicking on “Change Password.”

5. Please help the staff maintain accurate records for easy communication by clicking on “Update Info” and completing all of the following information:

a. Student Information – Please complete ALL information as accurately as possible.

b. Parent Information – Please click “Add New Adult” and complete ALL information for all parents as accurately as possible.
